Location: Bilaspur / Remote
Experience: Freshers & 0 -1 Year
Duration: 3 - 6 Months
Stipend: Performance-Based
Certificate: Provided
What you’ll do:
Lead generation & prospect research
Client outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp & calls
Pitch digital marketing services
Follow up with prospects
Schedule client meetings
Build client relationships
Support sales & marketing campaigns
What we’re looking for:
Good communication skills
Confident & proactive personality
Target-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn & take ownership
Interest in Sales/Marketing/BD/Digital Marketing

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at Kreatify Studios? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
