We weren’t talking about campaigns or sales numbers for once. We were talking about people.
Our team is growing rapidly and sitting on a Friday discussing projects and Q2 agendas with our founder, we realised that this growth maybe massive but it requires youth, the young minds with great ideas who have already started to change the view of this country.
We have launched in the USA and it’s already making a mark in my projects list.
So here’s the plan!
We are looking for candidates with not only ideas but a zeal to execute things end to end, ideas are the first stage.
We need people who steps outside of the meeting room and get going with those ideas.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at Dorabi? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
