Marketing Intern
We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join us at CarouseLabs.
If you're someone who enjoys creating content, experimenting with new marketing ideas, and wants to learn
how marketing actually works inside a startup, this might be for you.
What you'll be working on:
• Creating LinkedIn content around CarouseLabs and our AI tools.
• Finding creative ways to promote our product.
• Working closely with our marketing team on content, campaigns, and new ideas.
• Learning how to market an AI product from the ground up.
Who we're looking for:
We're not looking for someone who knows everything.
We're looking for someone who has the hunger to learn, communicates well, has a good sense of humour,
understands the basics of marketing, and isn't afraid to try new ideas — even if some of them fail. Marketing
is all about experimenting, learning, and improving.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at CarouseLabs? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
