What we're looking for:
Any prior experience/internship in Marketing
Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other design/marketing tools
Basic understanding of social media marketing, content creation & branding
Any marketing, social media, graphic design, or college projects you’ve worked on will be a plus
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.

Going for the Marketing role at Agrim? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
