**We’re Hiring at Muddy Little Tots!**

Are you someone who gets excited by building things from scratch, learning new skills, creating content, and figuring things out?

We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern to join us at Muddy Little Tots — a kidswear brand that’s growing, experimenting, and building something exciting.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be given the same task every day.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, hands-on, and ready to learn. Someone who doesn’t say that’s not my job and instead says “let me figure it out.”

What you’ll be working on:

📱 Creating & managing social media posts and stories
🎬 Basic video editing & creating Reels
💬 Engaging with our audience and responding to DMs/comments
📢 WhatsApp broadcasts & customer communication
📊 Marketing research & competitor research
💡 Coming up with content & marketing ideas
📦 Supporting day-to-day e-commerce/marketing activities
🔍 Helping us research, test and execute new ideas
…and honestly, a little bit of everything!

Who are we looking for?

You could be a college student, recent graduate, or someone starting out in marketing/content

More than your degree or experience, we care about your attitude.

✨ You’re eager to learn
✨ You’re comfortable experimenting
✨ You have an eye for content & social media
✨ You know basic editing (Canva/CapCut or similar is a plus)
✨ You can research and figure things out independently
✨ You’re willing to take ownership
✨ You’re energetic and willing to put in the effort
✨ You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and try new things

Experience is a bonus. Curiosity and initiative are a must.

📍 Gurgaon

We’re looking for someone who can work from our office 2–3 days a week, with flexibility around college schedules.
