We are looking for a Marketing Associate who can help us build and scale a strong podcast/content ecosystem at HotWax Commerce.
Who would be a great fit?
A Mass Communication graduate (preferred)
Someone who may have started their career as a generalist, handling multiple responsibilities and learning fast
A person genuinely interested in content creation, storytelling, branding, and audience engagement
Someone excited to take ownership, from podcast ideation, guest coordination, scripting, production support, promotion, and content repurposing to eventually helping the initiative contribute to business growth and revenue generation
Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
What we are looking for in this role:
This is not just an execution role, we are looking for someone who can think long-term, take initiative, and help transform a podcast into a meaningful business and brand-building channel.
