HaystackAnalytics is looking for a proactive Marketing Activation Intern to join our Marketing team !!!

📍 Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
🎓 Eligibility: Freshers / 0–1 year experience

What you'll do:
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and event teams for marketing activations and events
Manage printing, branding, promotional materials, production, and event setups
Source vendors, get quotations, and support cost negotiations
Maintain activation budgets, trackers, and MIS using MS Excel
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams for smooth execution
Support offline brand activations, events, conferences, CMEs, and RTMs — including on-ground execution

What we're looking for:
Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and data tracking
Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in BMM, Mass Media, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related fields
Willingness to travel and work on-ground
