Moneyboxx Finance Limited is looking for a CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA Fresher/Interns to join our Treasury & Debt Fundraising team

If you are a finance professional looking to build your career in Debt Fundraising, Treasury, Structured Finance & Capital Markets, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the NBFC funding ecosystem.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Support debt fundraising initiatives across banks, financial institutions, debt capital markets and other funding channels.
Prepare credit proposals, lender presentations, financial projections and supporting analysis.
Coordinate with lenders, debenture trustees, rating agencies and internal teams for due diligence, documentation, query resolution and transaction closure.
Assist in negotiating term sheets, sanction conditions, pricing, security structures and other commercial terms.
Support execution of structured finance transactions, including Direct Assignment, Securitisation and other asset-backed funding structures.
Ensure timely submission of lender reporting, book debt statements, covenant compliance, utilisation certificates and periodic information.
Maintain MIS for fundraising pipeline, sanctioned facilities, structured finance transactions, covenant requirements and lender interactions.
Track market developments, funding costs and lender requirements to support treasury planning and decision-making.

🎯 Who Are We Looking For?
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) – Freshers/Interns
Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modelling and corporate finance
Good analytical and numerical skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Interest in Treasury, Debt Markets, Fundraising & Structured Finance
Candidates with relevant internship/articleship exposure in NBFCs, Banks, Treasury, Corporate Finance or Debt Capital Markets will be preferred.
