Management Trainee / Intern – HR

Murugappa Water Technology & Solutions (MWTS) is looking for MBA/PGDM – HR freshers and early-career professionals (0–2 years) to join our HR team at Chennai & Mumbai.

As a Management Trainee – HR, you will gain hands-on exposure across:
🔹 Talent Acquisition (TA) – Recruitment, sourcing, interviews & campus hiring
🔹 Talent Management (TM) – PMS, employee engagement, L&D & talent initiatives
🔹 Employee Relations (ER) – Employee connect, experience & HR initiatives
🔹 HR Data Analytics – HR dashboards, MIS, data analysis, insights & reporting
🔹 HR Compliance – Documentation, audits, statutory compliance & MIS

Who We’re Looking For

MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human Resources
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Exposure to Power BI / HR Analytics will be an added advantage
Strong learning agility and a proactive mindset
Passion to build a long-term career in HR
