We are looking for bright, ambitious graduates from Tier-1 colleges who are eager to build a career in Business Development.
Eligibility Criteria: ✔️ Graduate from a Tier-1 college/university across India (Candidates must currently be based in Delhi NCR, Gurgaon)& ready to relocate to Gurgaon
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔️ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
✔️ Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month
✔️ Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills
Educational Qualification: 🎓 B.Tech / MBA / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / BA / Diploma or equivalent

Going for the Sales role at Verto Biz Services? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
