Hiring: Machine Learning Interns | Goodlight AI | Remote
We're looking for passionate and curious Machine Learning Interns eager to work on cutting-edge AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and testing machine learning models
* Working with embeddings, retrieval systems, and vector databases
* Creating AI Agents and LLM-powered applications
* Improving prompt engineering pipelines and agent performance
* Managing data ingestion, cleaning, feature engineering, and analysis
* Monitoring model accuracy, reliability, and system performance
Skills Required:
* Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
* Experience with Python programming
* Familiarity with PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib

Interview advice
Going for the Data Scientist role at Goodlight AI? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to explain one model you built in plain English — the problem, why you chose that approach, and how you knew it worked.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
