HaystackAnalytics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to manage sample movement and cold chain coordination for our diagnostics operations.
What you'll do:
Coordinate end-to-end movement of diagnostic samples, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Monitor TAT adherence and cold chain compliance during transit
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, couriers, and phlebotomists for smooth execution
Maintain shipment records, documentation, and compliance reports
Resolve delays, escalations, and delivery issues proactively
Ensure service quality and strong vendor relationships
Who we're looking for:
Graduates in Logistics, Healthcare Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
A keen eye for documentation and customer service

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at HaystackAnalytics? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
