Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lighting Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting architectural lighting projects, assisting clients with lighting solutions, preparing lighting layouts and calculations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in lighting design, electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
Assist in developing architectural and decorative lighting solutions.
Prepare lighting layouts, lighting calculations, and technical proposals.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, interior designers, contractors, and project teams.
* Support the sales team with technical presentations and product recommendations.
* Conduct site visits and provide technical support during project execution.
* Ensure compliance with lighting standards and project specifications.
* Prepare project documentation, BOQs, drawings, and reports.
* Monitor project progress and support installation and commissioning activities.
* Stay updated with the latest lighting technologies, trends, and industry standards.
Educational Qualification
*B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines.
Required Skills
* Basic understanding of architectural and commercial lighting applications.
* Knowledge of lighting calculations and lighting design concepts.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux or Relux.
* Familiarity with MS Office applications.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to interact professionally with clients and consultants.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
