Are you a law student looking to gain hands-on experience in contract management and commercial legal operations? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team.
📍 Duration: 3–6 Months
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review a variety of contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Delivery Service Agreements, Vendor Contracts, Subcontracting Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Partnership Agreements, and more.
• Support the Contracts Team in managing contract lifecycle activities, including tracking deadlines, renewals, and amendments.
• Conduct legal research on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to contractual agreements.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to contract management.
🔹 Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic understanding of legal terminology and contract management processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Prior internship experience or coursework related to contracts or legal studies will be an added advantage.
