Legitab Law Firm is expanding its litigation team in Delhi and inviting applications for the following positions:

Open Roles

1. Legal Associate (1 Vacancy)

Eligibility: Minimum 1 year of active litigation experience (enrolled with the Bar Council).
Key Responsibilities: Drafting pleadings, notices, and applications; handling court appearances across Delhi District Courts & High Court; case management; and client briefings.

Remuneration: Salary will be discussed and decided during the interview, commensurate with experience and skill set.

2. Law Intern (1 Vacancy)
Eligibility: Law students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year (5-year LLB) or 3rd year (3-year LLB).

Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive case law research, drafting assistance, attending court proceedings, and managing case files.
Remuneration: Stipend will be decided based on performance and interview interaction.
