Vishrut & Associates is inviting applications from motivated and dedicated young professionals interested in building a long-term career in the field of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).
We are looking for candidates who have prior practical experience in IBC matters and are keen to gain extensive exposure to insolvency proceedings, litigation, and advisory assignments.
🔹 OPEN POSITIONS
1. Legal Assessment Intern – Paid Internship
2. Legal / IBC Associate – Full-Time
🎓 ELIGIBILITY
Applications are invited from:
* Law Graduates / Law Students
* Chartered Accountants (CA) / CA Aspirants
* Company Secretaries (CS) / CS Aspirants
* Professionals from allied backgrounds with relevant IBC experience
Prior exposure to IBC matters is a mandatory requirement. Candidates must clearly highlight their relevant experience in their CVs.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Candidates having practical exposure to any of the following areas will be preferred:
* Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)
* Liquidation Proceedings
* Personal Guarantor (PG) Insolvency Proceedings
* Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PPIRP)
* NCLT / NCLAT Litigation
* IBC Compliance and Regulatory Framework
NATURE OF WORK
Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work on live insolvency assignments involving:
* Assisting Insolvency Professionals in CIRP, Liquidation and PG matters
* Conducting CoC / SCC meetings
* Drafting applications, replies, legal notices, reports and other documents
* Verification and examination of creditors’ claims
* Legal research, case-law analysis and regulatory compliance
* Preparation of statutory filings, reports and disclosures
* Coordination with creditors, stakeholders, advocates and regulatory authorities
* Other insolvency-related advisory and litigation assignments
WORK DETAILS
Location: Delhi NCR
Work Mode: Offline | Regular Office Attendance
Minimum Commitment: 6 Months
Preference: Candidates seeking a long-term professional association.
