Great Learning is looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join us as Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant.
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🕒 Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Work Mode: 6 days working from office
🔍 Who we’re looking for:
● Education: Candidates with an Engineering background (B.Tech/B.E) or Postgraduates (MBA/PGDM) are preferred. While a technical foundation is an advantage, what truly stands out is strong learning agility, quick grasping ability, and excellent information retention.
● Experience: Professionals with 1-4 years of proven sales experience who have consistently demonstrated strong communication, relationship-building, and conversion capabilities.
● Freshers: Highly motivated, ambitious freshers with exceptional communication skills and a "can-do" attitude are welcome to apply.
● Industry Background: Candidates with experience in high-touch, consultative sales environments, particularly EdTech/Education, Hospitality, BFSI, or Real Estate, are preferred.

- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".

- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
