At Elvor, we’re on a mission to redefine children’s fashion in India by creating premium, skin-safe, comfortable, and sustainable clothing for babies and kids (0–6 years).
We’re looking for a creative Kidswear Fashion Designer who is passionate about designing products that combine style, comfort, and functionality for little ones.

What you’ll work on:
✨ Designing seasonal kidswear collections (0–6 years)
✨ Creating unique prints, patterns, and color stories
✨ Researching global kidswear trends
✨ Developing tech packs and design specifications
✨ Collaborating with product development and manufacturing teams
We’re looking for someone who has:
âś” Experience in kidswear or apparel design
âś” Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
âś” Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar design software)
âś” Creativity with attention to detail
✔ Passion for building a meaningful children’s fashion brand

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Elvor? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
