Key Responsibilities:
Support the Key Account Management team in handling client accounts.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless last-mile operations.
Monitor order flow, service levels, and customer performance metrics.
Resolve client queries and provide timely updates.
Prepare MIS reports and assist in process improvement initiatives.

Going for the Finance role at Emiza? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise the fundamentals — the three financial statements and how they connect — and be ready to explain one concept like working capital in simple words.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
