We are looking for a driven, analytical, and highly communicative Key Account Management Apprentice to join our growth-focused team. In this you will be learning how to build lasting, strategic partnerships with our most valuable corporate clients.

As a trainee, you will undergo a structured mentorship program, working closely with senior Account Managers to understand client businesses, identify growth opportunities, and ensure flawless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Relationship Building: Assist senior KAMs in maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients.

2. Client Onboarding & Support: Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, resolving day-to-day queries and coordination effectively.

3. Data & Analytics: Monitor account performance metrics, analyze client revenue trends, and prepare data-driven presentations.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure client requests and deliverables are met seamlessly.

Education: Any Graduates.
Experience: 0–1 years of experience
Location: Kolkata

Required Skills: Having good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Problem solving skills
