At Evolv Media, we're looking for a Junior Video Editor & Graphic Designer who understands the language of premium brands and creates content that feels refined, intentional, and visually timeless.
If you have experience working with luxury, fashion, jewellery, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or female-centric brands, and know how to leverage AI tools to work smarter and faster, we'd love to connect.
What we're looking for:
• Strong video editing & graphic design skills
• Experience with luxury branding and premium visual storytelling
• A polished eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
• Ability to create reels, social media creatives, and campaign assets
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools
• AI efficiency using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Firefly, ElevenLabs, or similar to improve creative workflows

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Evolv Media? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
