Graduation: 80 Per in Diploma Mechanical Mandatory
Eligibility
Freshers only
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or related disciplines
Minimum 80% throughout graduation is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Conduct time and method studies for manufacturing operations.
Analyze production processes to improve productivity.
Assist in manpower and capacity planning.
Support line balancing and workflow optimization.
Prepare productivity reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Basic MS Excel knowledge
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good observation skills
Effective communication
Teamwork and willingness to learn
