PluzBuzz (a division of CSL Industries) is expanding our digital marketing team at our Ghatkopar West office, Mumbai! We are looking for talented professionals who are ready to handle dynamic multi-client SEO campaigns and drive organic growth.
𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
• Role: Junior SEO Executive
• Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai (On-site only)
• Experience: 1 – 2 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗢𝗻:
• Managing and scaling SEO campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Executing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies (including fixing crawl errors, broken links, and indexing issues).
• Conducting keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and regular SEO audits.
• Tracking performance metrics using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• If you have a solid grasp of SEO pillars, basic HTML/CSS, and WordPress, we want to hear from you.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at PluzBuzz? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
