Role Summary

As a Jr. Robotics Engineer, you will design, implement, and deploy algorithms that enable our drones to perceive, plan, and execute precise maneuvers. You’ll work on flight controllers, firmware, and embedded systems, bridging AI research and real-time flight software.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop robotics algorithms for motion planning, SLAM/VIO, and flight control
🔹 Integrate and calibrate sensors (LiDAR, Stereo Cameras, IMU, GPS)
🔹 Write production-ready code in C++ and Python for real-time systems
🔹 Validate features using SIL/HIL simulations
🔹 Support flight testing and analyze telemetry data
🔹 Ensure safety and reliability in edge cases (sensor failure, GNSS-denied, extreme weather)

Technical Requirements

✔ B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Robotics, Aerospace, CS, EE, or related field
✔ Strong C++ and Python programming skills
✔ Solid foundation in linear algebra, kinematics, dynamics, and 3D geometry
✔ Experience with ROS/ROS2
✔ Familiarity with RTOS, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN (MAVLink)
✔ Linux / Linux-based OS experience

Additional Qualifications

✔ Computer Vision & Deep Learning (object detection, segmentation)
✔ Edge hardware: Jetson, Raspberry Pi
✔ Autopilot platforms: PX4, ArduPilot
✔ Simulators: Gazebo, AirSim, Unity
✔ Path planning & optimization (A*, RRT*, trajectory optimization)
