🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)
📅 Working Days: Monday–Friday

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in customer service, operations, BPO/KPO, administration, or project coordination who are eager to build a rewarding career in operations.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate daily operational activities and projects
✅ Manage vendor and contractor relationships
✅ Track, escalate, and resolve operational issues efficiently
✅ Maintain records, reports, invoices, and documentation
✅ Support process improvements and workflow optimization initiatives
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
Requirements
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
✔ Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
✔ 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO/KPO, Operations, Administration, Project Coordination, or related roles
✔ Prior operations-related experience is preferred
