Junior Lawyer

✅ Legal Intern / Junior Advocate Required – Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer, based in Ahmedabad. The Junior Lawyer will primarily handle legal research, draft and review legal documents, and assist with case preparation. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing legal issues, preparing briefs and memoranda, and attending court sessions. Additionally, the Junior Lawyer will be responsible for maintaining client files, assisting in negotiations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Practice Area: NI Act (Sec. 138), Criminal Cases, Court Filings, Lok Adalat, Legal Drafting

Qualifications
Knowledge of Legal Research, Analysis, and Case Preparation
Experience in Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Attention to Detail and Ability to Maintain Client Files
Knowledge of Legal Compliance and Regulations
Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field
Bar Admission and Valid License to Practice Law
Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus
Requirements:

Law student (3rd year or above – 5-year course) or recent law graduate

Basic knowledge of court procedure, cheque bounce matters, and filing process

Good communication & drafting skills

Must be punctual and willing to attend courts regularly
