Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Junior Java Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications while working closely with senior developers, QA engineers, and product teams. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and build enterprise applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Java applications using best coding practices.
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
Fix bugs and troubleshoot application issues.
Write unit tests and support application testing.
Work with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and business teams.
Learn and adopt new technologies as required.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8/11/17)
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Basic knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring MVC
Knowledge of RESTful APIs
Experience with SQL/MySQL
Understanding of JPA/Hibernate
Basic knowledge of Git
Familiarity with Maven/Gradle
Basic understanding of JSON and XML
Good debugging and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
Knowledge of Microservices
Familiarity with Docker
Basic understanding of AWS/Azure
Knowledge of Angular or React
Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
MCA/B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech graduates are preferred.
Good communication skills.
