Junior IoT Hardware Engineer

We are expanding our hardware team at Bagmo / LoggFi , we are hiring for a Junior IoT Hardware Engineer (Deployment & QA) to join us full-time. looking for someone who genuinely loves working with electronics

If you’re the kind of person who spent college building project circuits, working with microcontrollers, and prefers holding a soldering iron and multimeter over sitting in front of a spreadsheet all day—you’ll fit right in.

In this role, you’ll own the complete journey of our IoT hardware:
* Production & QA: Testing, flashing firmware, assembling, and calibrating temperature/telemetry loggers before they leave our bench.
* On-Site Setups: Visiting client sites (hospitals, blood banks, cold storage labs) to install devices, configure network connectivity, and get the staff up and running.
* Troubleshooting: Being the first person our clients reach out to if a device drops offline or acts up, figuring out the root cause, and resolving the issue.
* R&D Feedback: Taking what you learn from real-world failures in the field and working directly with us to improve our next hardware design.

Who we’d love to speak with:
* Freshers or engineers with up to 1 year of experience (Diploma / B.Tech in ECE, EEE).
* Solid basics in electronics, hardware debugging, and basic embedded protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, Wi-Fi/GSM).
* Someone comfortable traveling for deployments and talking directly to clients.
* Must be ready to work on-site with us in Bagmo HQ at Maker Village kochi
