We're looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our team as Junior Instructional Designers. Whether you're a fresher eager to kick-start your career or have up to 2 years of experience, this role offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and work on meaningful projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Create storyboards for interactive eLearning modules.
Develop presentations, facilitator guides, and learner guides for training programs.
Design content for eLearning courses and Instructor-Led Training (ILT).
Work closely with subject matter experts and team members to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
An eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality content.
Basic understanding of storyboard development for eLearning and training programs.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
Understanding of blended learning approaches.
Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
Presentation, facilitation, or teaching experience.
Experience in coaching, training, or learner engagement activities.
