We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Prime Video Global Shared Services (GSS) team through The Motion Story. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on digital assets for award-winning Originals, blockbuster films, and entertainment content viewed by millions across the globe.
🔹 What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong hands-on photo manipulation skills in Adobe Photoshop
✔ Fresh graduates or designers with 0–3 years of experience
✔ Portfolio showcasing manual photo manipulation and compositing work
✔ Working knowledge of Illustrator and Figma
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at The Motion Story? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
