1. Junior Graphic Designer · Delhi | 1–3 years
You've moved past figuring out the tools and started developing a point of view. You know how to take a brief and turn it into something that actually works; across branding, social, campaigns, and digital. If you've got agency or social media experience and a portfolio that proves it, we want to see what you've made.
Tools you should know:
Photoshop · Illustrator · After Effects · Autodesk Maya · 3ds Max
2. Design Intern / Trainee · Delhi
You're early in your journey, but you're hungry. You're genuinely curious about where AI tools fit into the creative process — not just as shortcuts, but as a new kind of creative muscle. This is a chance to work on real campaigns with real stakes, not make-believe briefs.
Tools you should know (or be learning):
Photoshop · Illustrator · After Effects · Premiere Pro · Figma · Canva
Bonus if you've explored:
Midjourney · DALL·E · Runway
What we're really looking for:
A strong design foundation. An eye for visual storytelling. Creative thinking that doesn't stop at "good enough." The ability to move fast without losing care. A portfolio that shows us how you think, not just what you made.

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Grapes Worldwide? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
