Zestminds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern / Junior Business Development Executive who wants to build a career in IT sales, lead generation, business development, and digital marketing.

The selected candidate will work closely with our team to research potential clients, support LinkedIn and email outreach, maintain lead lists, assist in follow-ups, and help with basic marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

- Research potential clients, companies, startups, and agencies.
- Support LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and follow-ups.
- Maintain lead lists and update CRM/sheets regularly.
- Assist in basic client communication and requirement understanding.
- Support marketing activities like social media posting, competitor research, and campaign coordination.
- Learn about IT services, AI automation, SaaS, web/mobile development, and global B2B sales.

Required Skills:

- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, and spreadsheets.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and consistency in follow-ups.

Good to Have:

- Prior internship or experience in IT sales, lead generation, digital marketing, or business development.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, Upwork, or B2B lead generation platforms.
