𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 :
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Intern to assist in managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting day-to-day IT operations. High-performing interns will be considered for full-time conversion.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
🔸Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
🔸Assist in system setup, configuration, and maintenance.
🔸Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking issues.
🔸Support IT asset management and documentation.
🔸Help maintain security updates, backups, and system health checks.
🔸Assist employees with technical queries and onboarding IT setup.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 :
🔹Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
🔹Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS troubleshooting.
🔹Understanding of basic IT security practices.
🔹Good communication and problem-solving skills.
🔹Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 :
✔️ Knowledge of ticketing tools or IT service management.
✔️ Basic networking concepts (LAN/WiFi configuration)
✔️ Exposure to cloud tools, Office 365, or Google Workspace.
