We're looking for enthusiastic Fresh Graduates with excellent communication skills to join our Bench Sales Team.
Role: IT Sales Recruiter (Client associate)
Experience: Freshers
Location: Vasavi Sky City, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Work Mode: On-site | 5 Days Working
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
What You'll Do
Learn US Bench Sales and IT Staffing.
Market IT consultants to vendors and clients.
Build professional relationships with implementation partners.
Coordinate interviews and support consultant placements.
Work in a target-driven, growth-oriented environment.
Compensation
Training: 2 Weeks (No Salary)
1–4 Months: ₹2.40 LPA CTC
4–12 Months: ₹3.00 LPA CTC
Further salary increments as per company policy.
Excellent English communication is mandatory.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Going for the Sales role at Staffbee Solutions Pvt. Ltd.? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
