Role: IT Sales Recruiter – Bench Sales
Experience: FRESHERS
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Work Mode: On-site | 5 Days
Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM
CTC STRUCTURE
2 Weeks Training: No Salary
1–4 Months: ₹2.40 LPA CTC
4–12 Months: ₹3.00 LPA CTC
Further increments: As per company policy

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at Staffbee Solutions? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
