Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate new business leads through Calls, Emails & LinkedIn
✅ Schedule client meetings and follow up on inquiries
✅ Promote IT Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Cybersecurity, Cloud & Managed IT Services
✅ Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team
✅ Build long-term customer relationships
✅ Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
✔ 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Basic knowledge of IT products and services (Preferred)
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven
✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at Parthynex IT Solutions? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
