Role: IT Recruitment Intern / IT Recruiter – Fresher
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and support end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Assist with candidate screening and initial communication.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Understand IT job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and delivery teams.
- Support recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and talent engagement activities.
- Learn industry best practices and develop strong IT recruitment skills.
What We’re Looking For
- MBA HR / HR-related qualification – Freshers are welcome.
- Interns interested in building a career in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong interest in learning IT technologies and recruitment practices.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or recruitment exposure is an advantage, but not mandatory.
