Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT software, hardware, networking, and server maintenance.
Maintain asset status, computer security, disaster recovery, and system backups.
Handle telecom, CCTV, EPABX, UPS/server room environmental parameters, and vendor coordination.
Ensure data integrity, user management, license compliance, and technical support for end-users.
