🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic system and network issues.
• Assist with software installation, updates, and maintenance.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
• Support data backup and basic security monitoring activities.
• Follow company IT policies and data protection guidelines.
🎓 Who Can Apply?
• Candidates pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
• Basic understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Cloud is an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekly offs.
