🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets
✅ Handle asset receiving, deployment, tracking, and inventory management
✅ Maintain IT stockroom operations and asset databases
✅ Support IT ticket queue management
✅ Conduct monthly and annual asset audits with physical verification
✅ Provide walk-up IT support and manage loaner devices
✅ Ensure compliance with asset lifecycle processes and audit requirements
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support daily operations
