Domainknowledge of USCustomer Service, preferably Telecomindustry. Jobrequiresthecandidatetobeconfident, probeforresponsesandempathizewithcustomers. Needstobecustomercentricwithstrongconversationalskills. Typingspeed(Speed 25 wordsperminute 85%accuracy). Sales/Retention/Techexperiencewouldbeanaddedadvantage. Willingnesstoworkmainly USshiftsin a 24/7 environmentwithshiftrotations. Jobrequiresthecandidatetobeconfident, probeforresponsesandempathizewithcustomers. Recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, resolvingorassigningincidentsandservicerequestsbasedondefinedscopeofsupport. Manageunplannedinterruptionstorestorenormalserviceoperationsasquicklyaspossiblefornon-voiceinteractionslikeemail, webandchat.
