Sharrp Ventures | Harsh Mariwala Investment Office is the consumer focused family office of the Chairman of Marico, Mr. Harsh Mariwala. We back the next generation of category defining consumer and D2C brands in India. Our portfolio spans consumer health, food & beverage, personal care, fashion & lifestyle and new-age consumer businesses, and we work closely with founders from early cheque through scale.

As we continue to build out our investment work, we are looking to hire an Intern to join our investment team in a hybrid capacity.

What you'll do as an Intern:
• Assist the investment team and get a first-hand view of how consumer startups are evaluated end to end
• Work on fund level value creation projects across sector deep dives, portfolio support, and thematic research

Who we're looking for:
• Preferably students from IITs (or comparable institutions) actively looking for an internship, OR Pre-MBA candidates.
• Prior experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or VC / PE will be highly preferred.
• Genuine interest in the Indian consumer sector, including consumer health, F&B, personal care, and adjacent categories
• Strong analytical rigor, source level precision in research, and the ability to translate messy inputs into clean, IC ready output
• Self-starter who is comfortable owning workstreams independently
