💼 Key Responsibilities

Assist the HOD in strengthening internal control systems and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Plan and conduct risk-based internal audits across business functions and manufacturing units.
Coordinate with Plant Heads and key stakeholders to evaluate processes and assess control effectiveness.
Prepare, review, and present audit reports and recommendations to management.
Monitor audit observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance and risk management.

🎯 Desired Skills

Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of auditing principles, internal controls, and risk assessment.
Good communication, report-writing, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
