📌 Role: Intern – Support Engineer | IT Infrastructure & Applications (O365)
📍 Location: Pune
🎓 Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year
🔧 What You’ll Work On
Provide first-level technical support and manage support tickets within defined SLAs.
Troubleshoot common Microsoft 365/O365 and application-related issues.
Analyze client queries and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
Gather information to understand and resolve technical issues.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams and follow up on resolution.
Maintain ticket updates and contribute to the knowledge base and documentation.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth support experience.
Work in rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, Application Support & Microsoft 365/O365.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
A strong willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and take ownership.
Ability to work effectively in a team and rotational shifts.
🎓 Eligibility: Recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
