Here’s what this actually looks like:

You’ll source, screen, and close candidates for engineering, product, and GTM roles.

Not shadow.
Not assist.
Own.

Your recommendations decide who joins our team. You’ll have direct access to founders and hiring managers, with no layers and no approvals for conversations.

You’ll learn our proprietary Nextbase Hiring OS from the inside. The same system we’re building to sell to other companies. Most HR professionals take 3 years to understand recruitment fundamentals. We’ll compress that into 6 months.

This is Surat. We’re shipping AI products used by real customers. Not another service company wearing a product mask.

The catch?
You need to be okay with zero hand-holding. We’ll teach you everything, but we won’t babysit.

Most interns leave with a certificate and some LinkedIn skills.
You’ll leave knowing how to build a hiring function from scratch.
