📍 About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong Microsoft Excel skills, are quick to learn new technologies, and possess excellent communication abilities.
The role involves working with Excel dashboards, handling technical and operational queries, and supporting day-to-day business operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain Excel dashboards and trackers.
Respond to technical and operational queries via calls, emails, and chat.
Use Microsoft Office applications for documentation and data management.
Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with internal teams when required.
Support daily operational activities and ensure timely task completion.
✅ Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboards, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with ChatGPT or AI productivity tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
🎓 Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Internship or academic project experience in Excel is an added advantage.
