Intern for Grand Startup Challenge
At Cars24, we’re hiring an intern for the Grand Startup Challenge - our flagship startup programme, in collab with DPIIT.
This is a national-scale programme with four problem tracks, running to a finale in January 2027 - AI startups, investors, academic partners, and government stakeholders in one room. You won’t own a slice of it. You’ll sit across applications, outreach, vendors, tech, and the event itself.
You’ll be the person who knows the status of everything.
Who we’re looking for: someone organised, quick on follow-ups, and AI-driven. You reach for the AI way of doing a task before the manual one, and you’ve built bots or small tools to take friction out of a process.
If you’ve run a fest, a club, or a campaign yourself, you already know the job.
Duration: 4 months
Location: In-office, Gurgaon

Interview advice
Going for this role at Cars24? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
