We're hiring an Interior Designer Associate for a luxury interior design firm based in New Delhi.
We're looking for designers who have experience with:
✨ Design conceptualization & space planning
✨ Mood boards, presentations & client meetings
✨ Material selection & furniture detailing
✨ Coordinating with vendors and execution teams
✨ AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools
📍 Location: MG Road, New Delhi
🗓️ Work Schedule: 6-day work week (Tuesday is the weekly off)
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at PeopleX Ventures? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
