Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing and availability
Prepare and share quotations
Follow up on pending inquiries and quotations
Maintain sales records and customer communication

Requirements:
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
✔ Organized and eager to learn
✔ Female candidates preferred
