Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and manage influencers across Nano, Micro, Macro, Celebrity & Dermatologist categories
✅ Execute barter and paid collaborations
✅ Track campaign performance and ROI
✅ Support content creation and brand campaigns
Who We're Looking For:
✔ Graduate/MBA pass-out
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Understanding of influencer marketing and social media metrics
✔ Ability to manage multiple creators simultaneously
✔ Camera-confident and comfortable creating engaging video content (mandatory)
🌟 Preferred: Experience or interest in Beauty, Skincare, or Lifestyle brands
